Group Bookings & Downpayments
To secure a group booking at THIS IS BALI, we require a non-refundable downpayment. The amount of the downpayment will be communicated during the booking process and must be paid in full to confirm your reservation.
Please note:
• Your booking is not confirmed until the downpayment is received.
• Downpayments are non-refundable, regardless of cancellations, changes in group size, or no-shows.
• Rescheduling may be possible, but is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
• By making a downpayment, you agree to these terms.
